Jennifer's customer service is absolutely excellent; she went above and beyond from the initial correspondence prior to my ordering. Processional, personable and just a very kind, helpful human being.

My lenses are so well done, I can't find one minor scratch, nick on either the lenses or the frames I submitted. The cut, placement and fit are exceptional.
They are my first progressives so I'm still in transition visually but I would not hesitate to do business with RLE again.

RLE is a top notch outfit. This will be my 4th pair of lenses that I have purchased through them. I am tough on lenses with work and general use and so I like to work through how I should spec out my lenses with the experts at RLE. Every time I have questions they get right back with answers and the lenses they have built me have been the longest lasting of any that I have ever had and have performed as promised. I would recommend them 110% without question. You won’t be disappointed. As a matter of fact you will be stoked!

This is my 3rd order with Replacement Lens Express - First... I placed my order - then sent them my OAKLEY frames (I buy like-new or NIB samples from eBay sellers) - and BOOM - I get high-quality Essilor RX Transitions Lens, coated with Prevensia Blue light filtering and NO-Glare Crizal protection - mounted in my frames. Good work, good prices, and EXCELLENT customer service. I had questions about what material to replace my progressive lenses with, and, wondered why some lenses and frames magnify my eyes and everything behind the lenses. Jennifer gave thorough and nuanced answers to my questions. I came away better informed about any future frame or lens purchase! On top of that, I am so glad to have my beloved frames working re-lensed and back in circulation.

The customer service provide by this company is way beyond anything I have experienced in a long time. Jennifer went out her way to help me through the entire process. Her response time was quick. When my glasses were shipped back to me, they were not right and Jennifer was willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the situation. My prescription is more difficult with no-line, progressive lenses. A recommendation to all who read this - if you have a complex prescription like mine, consider getting new lenses where you live even it if means paying more money for them. If you have a simple prescription, this company would be the place to go.

It looks like the quality of there work is ok, but they are so rude, never ever ask the customer service people for a update or status of your order, they are very over sensitive, and will take it personally. I hope someone Reply from Replacement Lens Express, like they did most reviews..

Best experience in 20+ years wearing glasses!
I wasn’t sure about ordering lenses online, especially for frames from European luxury design houses but Jennifer quickly and thoroughly answered all of my technical questions so I sent in my first pair. When I got them back, I was so happy that I sent in two more pairs…and saved hundreds of dollars! The process was quicker than I expected and each pair (full rim, semi-rimless and metal frame) came back in pristine condition so I know they took great care in how they were handled in the lab and in shipping. This is a small business lens manufacture, they have limited resources, and are not open seven days a week. However. if you want a perfect lens made to your prescription specifications, it is worth waiting.
They remedy all my issues and proved to be reliable.
I recommend them whole heartedly.

I have had several Chemistrie clips and loved them. When I got my new pair of glasses recently, my optician did not offer this option. Replacement Lens Express offers retro-fit, so I sent them my new frames/glasses. RLE exactly matched the shape of the lenses and frame, and when the clip is attached, it just looks like a great pair of sunglasses! I tried the polarized gradient lenses this time, and I couldn’t be happier. The clips are especially great for plastic frames since regular stretchy clip-ons only fit metal frames.
